With a new, purpose-built factory at its Lubna location, Betts Poland has a state of the art facility as its base, from which it supplies laminate tubes to customers of all sizes across Europe.

Tube-making is carried out using AISA and KMK Technology, with capacity for circa 470 million tubes p.a. ABL tubes are offered in diameters of 25mm, 28mm, 30mm, 32mm, 35mm and 50mm. PBL tubes are available in diameters of 25mm, 30mm, 35mm and 50mm.  Caps and shoulders are outsourced from elsewhere in Betts Group or from strategic supply partners, and a variety of configurations are available.

Betts Poland has printing capability in-house for circa 400 million impressions p.a. and uses flexographic and letterpress technology. Up to seven colours are offered, with cold foil and silk-screen decoration capability in addition.

The unit has certification to ISO 9001 and HACCP standards.
