Established in 2006, Betts Baddi is a state of the art integrated facility with in-house printing and tube-making. It produces a wide range of tube diameters including "mini tubes"

Betts Baddi has launched a number of initiatives to benefit the environment. An example is the introduction of new generation tubing machines that reduce power consumption by over 50%

The site has print capability for over 300 million impressions p.a. using flexographic technology and offering up to six colours. Betts is the only Indian laminated tube producer which uses such technology. Aniloxes used for ink transfer to plates ensure colour consistency over long runs.

AISA technology is used for tube-making with capacity for over 400 million tubes p.a. Diameters available in ABL are 22mm, 28mm, 30mm and 35mm. In addition 16mm, 19mm and 25mm diameters are available in ABL.
